Chicken Clam Broth With Royales

|Chicken broth||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Clam juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||6 Teaspoon|
|Royales||1 (Egg Custard, 1 Recipe)|
|Minced chives||1 Tablespoon (Fresh)|
Heat broth and clam juice; adjust seasonings to taste.
Put a teaspoon of sherry in each of 6 heated bowls.
Divide Royales among the bowls.
Ladle in hot broth and sprinkle with chives and paprika.
