Chicken Clam Broth With Royales

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Clam juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry sherry 6 Teaspoon
  Royales 1 (Egg Custard, 1 Recipe)
  Minced chives 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Heat broth and clam juice; adjust seasonings to taste.
Put a teaspoon of sherry in each of 6 heated bowls.
Divide Royales among the bowls.
Ladle in hot broth and sprinkle with chives and paprika.
