Ingredients
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in small pieces
  Tomato 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and chopped
  Bay leaf 1
  Parsley/Parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mace 1
  Garlic/Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Place vegetables in large kettle.
Cover with 2 to 3 qt. (2 to 3 L) water.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Stir frequently.
Add seasonings.
Simmer I hour.
Strain.
Add water to make 2 qt. (2 L).
