Chicken Broth With Mushrooms
|Chicken broth||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Diced cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sauteed in 1 tablespoon butter|
|Cooked rice noodles||1⁄4 Pound (Thin)|
|Lemon juice||To Taste|
|Watercress/Chervil||1 , minced|
Bring broth to boil and adjust seasonings to taste.
Add chicken, mushrooms, and noodles.
Reheat and season with lemon juice.
Garnish with chervil.
