Ingredients
  Game broth 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Chicken balls/Force meat balls 12 , cooked
  Minced fresh chervil 1 Tablespoon
  Parmesan croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry red wine 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat broth to boil and adjust seasonings.
Add balls and garnish with chervil and Parmesan croutons.
Put 1 tablespoon of red wine in each bowl and ladle in hot broth.
