Chicken Broth

Ingredients
  Chicken 2 Pound, cut up
  Stalk celery 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Green onions 10 , chopped
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash chicken pieces; place in large kettle.
Cover with 2 qt. (2 L) water; bring to boil, cover and cook 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer 1 hour.
Remove chicken; strain broth.
Refrigerate broth overnight.
Remove all fat from surface before reheating broth.
