Christmas Broth

Ingredients
  Vegetable tomato juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock/Canned chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Light brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the vegetable tomato juice, chicken stock, brown sugar, and sherry in the top of a double boiler.
Heat almost to the boiling point.
Add the butter.
Serve in individual warmed bouillon cups or soup plates.
Sprinkle on the parsley in the shape of a wreath.
