Posatelli And Broth is easy to make. The parmesan cheese gives the Posatelli And Broth a velvety taste.

|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Broth||6 Cup (96 tbs) (Chicken Or Meat)|
In a heavy saucepan, combine crumbs, cheese, salt, and nutmeg; blend in butter.
Mix in eggs, forming a soft dough.
Heat until warm.
Heat broth to simmering and force dough through ricer into broth.
Simmer 1 minute.
