Salmon With Broccoli And Shrimp Soup
|Frozen broccoli spears||10 Ounce, frozen|
|Salmon fillets||1 Pound|
|Condensed cream of shrimp soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Dill weed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In original package, with outer wrapper removed, cook broccoli on high (9) for 3 minutes.
Open package and separate stalks to help dissolve ice crystals.
Continue cooking on high (9) for 2 minutes or until heated.
In glass baking dish, arrange salmon fillets with smallest portions towards the center of dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter.
Cover; cook on high (9) for 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Arrange broccoli on top of fish with spears towards the center.
Pour soup over broccoli.
Sprinkle with tarragon and dill weed.
Cover; cook on reheat (8) for 5 minutes or until hot.
