Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
  Broccoli 3⁄4 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Tomatoes 2 , quartered
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Grated cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 5 to 8 minutes.
Drain and arrange in a greased, shallow ovenproof dish.
To make the sauce, melt the butter in a pan, stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and gradually blend in the milk.
Heat, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
Stir in the grated cheese, mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the sauce over the broccoli, arrange the tomatoes around the edge and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Cook in a preheated moderately hot oven (200°C/400°F, Gas Mark 6) for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot.
