Baked Broccoli Balls is simply a delicious side dish recipe. A deadly combination of broccoli and cheese will surely tempt you to prepare this Baked Broccoli Balls on every get together!
  Herb-seasoned stuffing mix 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Frozen chopped broccoli 20 Ounce, chopped (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce, shredded
  Onion 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Melted butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 4

Prepare the stuffing using the package directions.
Cook the broccoli using the package directions; drain well.
Combine the stuffing, broccoli, mozzarella cheese, onion, butter and eggs in a bowl and mix well.
Shape into balls about the size of a small orange.
Arrange in a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and sizzling.
