Buttered Broccoli

Buttered broccoli is an easy to prepare side dish that can also be served as a snack. Prepared in a microwave and flavored with garlic and rosemary, the buttered broccoli is tossed with croutons and served.
Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli 20 Ounce
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Rosemary leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, dried
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed salad croutons 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Microwave frozen broccoli in packages on paper towel until almost tender, 10 to 12 minutes; drain.
Place broccoli in 1 1/2 quart casserole or serving dish.
Sprinkle broccoli with garlic, rosemary and salt; dot with margarine.
Cover and microwave until margarine melts, 1 to 2 minutes.
Toss lightly; sprinkle with croutons
