Marinated Broccoli

Ingredients
  Broccoli 2 Pound
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dillseeds 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Trim off large leaves of broccoli.
Remove tough ends of lower stalks, and wash broccoli.
Cut into flowerets, reserving stalks for use in another recipe.
Place flowerets in a large shallow dish, and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over broccoli.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
