Roast Broccoli

A different take on an old favorite. Really quick and easy and delicious. Roasting brings out the sweetness.
Ingredients
  Broccoli florets 500 Gram
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 400 degree.

MAKING
2. Toss broccoli, olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl, in a lined baking tray spread the broccoli and roast it in the preheated oven for 15 Minute.

SERVING
3. Serve the roasted broccoli with roasted chicken.
