Broccoli With Sesame Glaze

I like to cook all my green vegetables the same way. Heat olive oil with garlic until the garlic begins to caramelize. Then add the broccoli tossing occasionally. You can steam the broccoli in its own moisture and you'll get maximum nutrition. This is a tasty alternative to plain greens. Try our broccoli tossed with honey, soy sauce and sesame seed glaze which is made separately and tossed over the hot broccoli.   Broccoli 10 Ounce
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 3 , slice
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon

1. In a pan, add the extra virgin olive oil, sliced garlic and broccoli.
2. Place the pan on low heat on the stove and cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
3. For the sesame glaze dressing- In a bowl, mix the honey, sesame seeds and soy sauce.
4. Add the dressing into the broccoli pan and toss.

5. Plate and serve as a side dish.
