1. In a pan, add the extra virgin olive oil, sliced garlic and broccoli.
2. Place the pan on low heat on the stove and cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
3. For the sesame glaze dressing- In a bowl, mix the honey, sesame seeds and soy sauce.
4. Add the dressing into the broccoli pan and toss.
