Lobster And Broccoli Mornay
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Gruyere cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Broccoli||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Cooked lobster||1 Pound|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Stir flour into butter in saucepan; add milk and cream gradually.
Cook over medium heat until mix- ture thickens, stirring constantly.
Add Gruyere cheese; heat until cheese melts.
Stir in seasonings andsherry.
Separate broccoli flowerets.
Arrange broccoliand lobster in baking dish; pour on sauce.
Top withParmesan cheese and crumbs.
Bake in 400-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
