Stir Fried Broccoli with Lemon

Ingredients
  Broccoli stalks 3
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Remove stems from broccoli and separate heads into small flowerettes.
2)Rinse and drain.
3)Chop garlic.
4)Heat oil in skillet or wok and saute garlic over medium-high heat until golden, but not browned.
5)By removing garlic
add broccoli and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
6)Add water, salt, pepper, and garlic.
7)Cook broccoli for 4 minutes till crisp-tender.
SERVING
8)Sprinkle with lemon juice.
