1. Remove the outer packing of the broccoli and cook covered on HIGH (9) for 3 minutes. After three minutes and then separate stalks to allow remaining ice crystals to dissolve and cook on HIGH (9) for 3 minutes longer. Set aside till required.
2. In glass casserole, melt the butter on ROAST (7) for 1 1/2 minutes and add the flour, then milk. Cook covered on ROAST (7) for 4 to 5 minutes or until thick while stirring during the cooking process
