Broccoli Cheese Bars

Ingredients
  Broccoli 10 Ounce, chopped
  Butter substitute granules 1 Tablespoon
  Egg substitutes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Light cheddar cheese 8 Ounce
  Fat free cheddar cheese 8 Ounce
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Use cooking spray in a 13" x 9" pan.
2) Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.

MAKING
3) Thaw the broccoli, squeezing all excess moisture.
4) In a pan, add all the ingredients and mix well.
5) Place in oven for 35 minutes, till lightly browned.
6) Allow to slightly cool.

SERVING
7) Cut into squares and serve hot or at room temperature.
