Casserole of Curried Broccoli and Onions
|Frozen broccoli||10 Ounce (1 package)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sharp process cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated or shredded|
|Small whole onions||15 1⁄2 Ounce, cooked (1 can, 2 cups)|
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
2 Lightly grease a 1 1/2 qt casserole.
3 As per the package directions, cook broccoli.
4 In a saucepan, melt butter.
5 Add in flour and seasonings.
6 Blend well.
7 Add in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
8 Add in cheese and stir until melted.
9 Drain the onions well.
10 Combine with the broccoli.
11 Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
12 Pour the sauce over vegetables.
13 Bake for 20 minutes.
14 Serve hot.
