Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients
  Broccoli florets 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon, toasted
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a steamer, steam the broccoli florets over boiling water.
2) Let the florets steam for about 10 minutes or until they turn soft.
3) Keep the steamed florest warm until serving time.

MAKING
4) In a small bowl, mix vinegar, water, oil, ginger and lemon juice.
5) Pour the dressing over the steamed broccoli.Toss well.

SERVING
6) Sprinkle the broccoli with toasted sesame seeds.
