|Frozen broccoli||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Consomme||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1)In a saucepan, cook broccoli in 2 1/2 cups salted water for 20 minutes or until well done.
2)In a small bowl, soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
3)Take a saucepan, dissolve gelatin in consomme and cook on low heat and cool.
4)Mix onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper with gelatin mixture well.
5)Add broccoli and eggs into gelatin mixture.
6)Take a ring mold and pour the mixture into it.
7)Chill until set.
8)Serve the broccoli mold chilled.
