Broccoli Mold

Broccoli mold is a simple but delicious dish to make and serve for a small get together like on Holidays. Broccoli mold not only looks attractive but also makes a healthy treat. To enhance flavor to the broccoli mold try adding some garlic or garlic butter sauce to it.
Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Butter-1/3 cup
MAKING
1)In a saucepan, cook broccoli in 2 1/2 cups salted water for 20 minutes or until well done.
2)In a small bowl, soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
3)Take a saucepan, dissolve gelatin in consomme and cook on low heat and cool.
4)Mix onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper with gelatin mixture well.
5)Add broccoli and eggs into gelatin mixture.
6)Take a ring mold and pour the mixture into it.
7)Chill until set.

SERVING
8)Serve the broccoli mold chilled.
