Ingredients
  Fresh broccoli 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Fresh garlic 10 Clove (50 gm), unpeeled (Large Cloves)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Snap broccoli and separate into flowerets with small stems, then pare main trunk and thinly slice into strips.
2) Crush garlic slightly, with the help of the flat side of a knife.

MAKING
3) Take a large pot,fill with water, combine all ingredients making sure that broccoli stems are submerged, and cook, covered with lid, until just cooked through.
4) Drain and chill for several hours or for a minimum of 12 hours.

SERVING
5) Serve chilled.
