Beef 'N' Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Broccoli florets 2 Cup (32 tbs), blanched
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), blanched, diagonally thinly sliced
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Thin Wedges)
  Sirloin steak 6 Ounce, cut into thin strips (Broiled Boneless)
  Light rose wine 3 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon + 1/2 Teaspoons)
  Reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 10-inch skillet or wok, stir fry the broccoli, carrots and onion in the heated oil, stirring frequently until the vegetables are just tender and the onions are browned.
2) Stir in the beef strips.
3) In small bowl, stir rest of the ingredients together, until the cornstarch is dissolved.
4) Stir into the beef mixture, stir constantly and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce is thickened.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
