Broccoli With Cashews

Ingredients
  Broccoli florets 750 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Soy oil/Sunflower oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Lemon juice 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Tamari 1 Teaspoon
  Cashew pieces 30 Milliliter, toasted (2 Tablespoons)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a steamer, tip in the broccoli florets until they are tender and crisp

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, marjoram and tamari.
3. Pour the marinade over the broccoli and allow to cool

SERVING
4. Chill thoroughly and sprinkle with cashews before serving
