Sesame Broccoli And Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Oil 25 Milliliter
  Sesame seeds 15 Milliliter
  Broccoli 1 Pound, cut into flowerettes (1/2 Bunch)
  Cauliflower head 1 Small, cut into flowerettes
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter
  Ginger 1 Milliliter
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 2.5 L (10 cup) microwave safe casserole, pour oil and add sesame seeds.
2) Microwave at HIGH for 4 minutes.
3) Put in broccoli and cauliflower.
4) In a bowl, blend soy sauce and ginger. Pour over vegetables; mix well.
5) Using a plastic wrap, cover the casserole.
6) Microwave at HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes; stir once.
7) Allow it to stand covered for 5 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
