Lemon Nut Broccoli

Ingredients
  Broccoli florets 454 Gram
  Cornstarch 10 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 180 Milliliter
  Boiling water 430 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 60 Milliliter
  Grated lemon rind 15 Milliliter
  Butter 30 Milliliter
  Toasted sliced almonds 60 Milliliter
Directions

MAKING
1) To a serving dish, transfer broccoli after steaming them for 12-15 minutes.
2) Mix cornstarch with sugar.
3) Beat this mixture into the boiling water to allow thickening.
4) Beat in juice and rind and again thicken the sauce by simmering.
5) Take off the sauce from heat and beat in butter.
6) Spoon the sauce over broccoli and top with nuts.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
