Broccoli With Garlic And Asiago
|Broccoli head||1 Large, cut into long, thin spears|
|Extra virgin olive oil||2 Tablespoon (Twice Around The Pan)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||2 Tablespoon, twice around the pan|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), finely chopped|
|Asiago cheese||1⁄4 Pound, shaved with vegetable peeler|
1. In a shallow, covered skillet simmer broccoli in 1/2-inch boiling, salted water for 3 or 4 minutes, then drain and remove from pan.
2. Place the pan on stovetop over medium heat and sauté garlic in oil for 3 minutes.
3. Then add broccoli spears and coat with the oil.
4. To serve transfer to a serving dish and garnish with curls of Asiago cheese.
