Sliced Roast Duck With Broccoli

Ingredients
  Roast duck 1⁄2 , cut into bite size pieces (Cold)
  Fresh broccoli 300 Gram, broken into florets and blanched
  Spring onions 4 , trimmed and sliced
  Frying oil/Softened lard 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh ginger 3⁄4 Inch, shredded
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For seasoning
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Light soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Rice wine 2 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 4 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take out as many bones of the duck as possible and stirfry the duck meat in a wok of hot oil for a minute
2. Add the blanched broccoli to it, along with ginger and seasoning and stir till every piece is well coated
3. When it begins to thicken a little, add sesame oil to it

SERVING
4. Serve immediately
