Sauteed Broccoli With Spring Onions

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Kilogram, cut in small
  Butter 75 Gram
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onions spring 5 , sliced
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Poppy seeds 2 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

MAKING
1)In boiling water blanch broccoli for 4-5 minutes then drain and refresh thoroughly.
2)In a skillet, heat butter with oil and add broccoli, spring onions and garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes.
3)Sprinkle salt, pepper and lime juice.
4) Toss well.

SERVING
5) Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
