Broccoli Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli/Watercress 1 Pound
  Tomatoes 4 , skinned
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan boil salted water and cook broccoli till done.
2) In a bowl whick dressing ingredients.
3) Drain broccoli and pour the dressing on top when still hot.
4) Keep aside and cool.

SERVING
5) Serve on a bed of lettuce or watercress. Scatter chopped tomatoes on top. Serve with cold meats.
