Whole Wheat Pasta With Broccoli And Blue Cheese
|Whole wheat pasta shells||3 Ounce (75 Gram)|
|Broccoli||4 Ounce, cut into small florets (100 Gram)|
|Blue cheese||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Butter||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Cream||2 Fluid Ounce (Double Or Whipping, 50 Milliliter)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1) In a pan with salted boiling water, boil the pasta for 5 min, add broccoli and boil for another 3 min, drain well and keep aside.
2) In the heated pan, stir in the blue cheese, butter and cream, on a gentle heat continuously to prepare a smooth sauce, adjust the seasoning.
3) Toss the pasta and broccoli into the sauce in the pan, blend well on a gentle heat.
4) Serve immediately on a warmed plate.
