Broccoli and Cauliflower with Orange Butter
|Frozen broccoli and cauliflower florets||20 Ounce (2 Boxes Of 10 Ounce Each)|
|Unsalted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange zest||2 Teaspoon|
1. Bring 1/4 inch water to a boil in a large saucepan over high heat. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain vegetables in a colander. Wipe out saucepan.
2. Melt butter in saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in orange zest and cook 30 seconds. Add vegetables, salt, and pepper; toss until evenly coated and heated through, about 1 minute.
