Cocktail Broccoli

Ingredients
  Fresh broccoli 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Monosodium glutamate 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Wash broccoli well and separate flowerets from stem.
2)In a bowl, mix olive oil, white wine vinegar, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder and pepper.
3)Pour the dressing over broccoli flowerets and let marinate for 24 hours.

SERVING
4)Makes tasty snacks while watching a game or on a picnic.
