Ingredients
  Broccoli purple sprouting 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a pot, add enough water with salt and boil.

MAKING
2) Add the broccoli purple sprouting into the boiling water.
3) Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
4) Drain well.
5) In a pan heat a little butter.
6) Add in the broccoli and sauté for a few minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve hot, sprinkled with pepper.
8) If using the young tender sprouting, use raw in salads.
