Crowd Pleaser Casserole
|Frozen broccoli flowerets||20 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Frozen cauliflower florets||20 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded or grated|
|Chopped ham||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Fresh bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs), tossed with 4 tablespoons butter|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon (For Tossing With Crumbs)|
Cook broccoli and cauliflower in slightly salted water.
Cook slightly underdone.
Drain; set aside.
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a 1 -quart sauce-pan; add flour; blend well.
Add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add Cheddar, Parmesan, and salt.
Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Place vegetables in an ungreased 4-quartcasserole.
Sprinkle with chopped ham.
Pour cheese sauce mixture over ham.
Make a border of buttered bread crumbs around edge of casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve
