Stir Cooked Broccoli And Water Chestnuts

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Chicken bouillon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Drained canned water chestnuts 4 Ounce, sliced
  Vegetable oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut broccoli into florets and cut stems into pieces about the same size as the florets.
Place in a large saucepan; cover with water.
Bring to a boil; lower heat and cook about 3 minutes.
Drain.
In a wok or a large nonstick skillet combine chicken bouillon, soy sauce, and garlic.
Bring to a boil; add broccoli and water chestnuts.
Cook, stirring constantly, about 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Remove from heat; stir in oil if desired.
Divide evenly.
