Broccoli & Red Pepper Saute

Ingredients
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Small broccoli florets 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Red bell pepper 1 Large, cut into thin strips
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Golden herb with lemon soup mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
Directions

In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook broccoli, red pepper, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add Golden Herb with Lemon Soup Mix with water. Simmer covered 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Sprinkle with almonds.
