Spicy Broccoli With Golden Garlic

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Pound, stalks chopped and head separated into florets (500 Gram)
  Extra virgin olive oil 7 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), finely sliced
  Chili flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Crushed)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Dried pasta 1 Pound (500 Gram)
Directions

Cook broccoli in a pan of boiling, salted water until just tender, 3-5 minutes.
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add garlic and cook over medium-high heat until just golden, 2 minutes.
Add drained broccoli and chilli flakes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until firm to the bite.
Drain.
Add pasta to the hot sauce.
Toss well to coat.
Serve immediately.
