|Dried tarragon||1 Dash|
Place broccoli and water in 1-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until tender, 4 to 4 1/2 minutes; drain.
Cover and refrigerate half of the broccoli; use for Marinated Broccoli Salad.
Stir margarine and tarragon into remaining broccoli.
