Homemade Sesame Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Dark sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Low fat firm tofu 12 1⁄4 Ounce, drained and cubed (1 Package)
  Fresh broccoli florets 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Diced red bell pepper 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Low salt soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked instant brown rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

1. Coat a wok or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil, and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add tofu; stir-fry 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove tofu from wok; set aside, and keep warm.
2. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and soy sauce to wok; stir-fry 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add tofu, and stir-fry 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated.
3. Spoon 3/4 cup rice onto each of 4 plates; top evenly with broccoli mixture. Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds.
