Easy Broccoli Brunch

Ingredients
  Broccoli 10 Ounce, frozen chopped
  Eggs 4
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon, dried
  Nutmeg 1 Dash, ground
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place broccoli in a 9-inch round baking dish. Cover. Microwave at Cook Cycle 1 (power level 10) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring once. Drain thoroughly.
2. Beat all remaining ingredients together in a 1 1/3-quart mixing bowl, then pour mixture over broccoli. Elevate baking dish in the oven by placing it on an inverted saucer. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at Cook Cycle 1 (power level 7) for 5 to 6 minutes, or until center is almost set, stirring 2 or 3 times. Let stand, covered, 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
