|Unsalted defatted chicken broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Fresh broccoli||8 Ounce|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
Bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the broccoli and pepper.
Bring the liquid back to a boil and cook until broccoli is tender.
Cool slightly and puree in a blender.
Reheat before serving; ladle into hot bouillon cups.
