Steam a little broccoli. Broccoli is very good for you whatever way you eat it. Here is a simple method to steam it and serve for dinner. You can make this dish anytime and eat as much as it helps in controlling weight. Enjoy steamed broccoli.
Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wash the broccoli and drain water.
2. Put some butter, salt and pepper over the broccoli and plastic wrap it.
3. Microwave it for 1 minute and 47 seconds.
4. Steamed broccoli is ready.
