Broccoli And Cauliflower Medley
|Frozen broccoli spears||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Frozen cauliflower||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed onion and garlic croutons||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion and garlic croutons||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed|
1. In 2-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine broccoli and cauliflower. Cover with lid; microwave on high 8 minutes or until vegetables are thawed, stirring once during cooking. Drain. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
2. In small bowl, stir soup until smooth; stir in milk. Pour over vegetables. Cover; microwave on high 8 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring twice during cooking. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes. Sprinkle with croutons.
