Broccoli With Blue Cheese

  Cut broccoli 10 Ounce, frozen
  Broccoli 10 Ounce, cut (frozen)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blue cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), crumbled
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.
Melt butter; stir in flour and salt.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Continue 1 to 2 minutes more.
Stir in cheese and mustard.
Stir in broccoli; heat through.
