|Instant beef broth/2 beef bouillon cubes||2 Ounce (2 Envelopes)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Thin pretzel sticks||30 , broken|
1. Trim outer leaves and tough ends from broccoli; split large stalks lengthwise.
2. Dissolve the instant beef broth or bouillon cubes in boiling water, crushing cubes, if used, with a spoon, in a medium-size skillet; place broccoli in pan; cover.
3. Cook 12 minutes, or just until crisply tender and liquid is almost absorbed. Spoon into a heated serving bowl. Wait until just before serving before sprinkling the pretzels over top (so they'll stay crisp).
