Broccoli Saute

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Peanut oil/Vegetable 3 Tablespoon
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

1. Trim outer leaves and tough ends from broccoli; cut stems and flowerets crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices. (You should have about 6 cups.) Wash; drain.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet; stir in broccoli and celery. Cook and stir for 4 minutes, or just until wilted. Add soy sauce and ginger; cover.
3. Steam 10 to 12 minutes, or until crisply tender.
