Albacore Divan

  Frozen broccoli 20 Ounce, cooked (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Canned albacore 14 Ounce (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon

Put broccoli in shallow baking dish.
Drain oil from fish into saucepan.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk and cook until thickened, stirring.
Remove from heat and add cheese and lemon juice.
Break tuna into chunks and arrange over broccoli.
Cover with cheese sauce.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for about 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
