|Frozen broccoli||20 Ounce, cooked (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Canned albacore||14 Ounce (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1 Tablespoon|
Put broccoli in shallow baking dish.
Drain oil from fish into saucepan.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk and cook until thickened, stirring.
Remove from heat and add cheese and lemon juice.
Break tuna into chunks and arrange over broccoli.
Cover with cheese sauce.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375Â°F.) for about 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
