Stir Fried Broccoli
|Broccoli||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Green onions and tops||4 , cut into 1 inch strips|
|Margarine||1 Tablespoon (acceptable)|
|Lemon herb seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
Trim broccoli, reserving stems for use in another recipe.
Rinse and break broccoli florets into bite-size pieces.
In a nonstick skillet, stir-fry broccoli and onions 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
Add margarine, sprinkle with seasoning and toss to coat evenly.
Broccoli should be tender-crisp.
