Ingredients
  Small cauliflower florets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Small broccoli florets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carrots 2 Medium, cut into short, thin strips
  Canned garbanzo beans 16 Ounce, well drained (1 can)
  Chopped red bell pepper 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce (2 cups, Sargento Fancy Supreme)
Directions

In large bowl, combine cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, beans, bell pepper and Mozzarella cheese; set aside.
In small bowl, combine vinegar, garlic, oregano and salt.
Slowly add oil, whisking until smooth and thickened.
Stir in capers.
